I
have an exciting new venture to present to you.
This fall 2005, I am starting a new company
called Voluptuous Sister-Girl (VSG)
Tours. This company’s mission to it’s
client’s is to uniquely educate, Broaden
the awareness and give access to information
about sustaining our lives and most importantly
provide one of a kind adventure tours.
I
specifically chose Voluptuous Sister-Girls as
a title and scope because first of all - I am
one (VSG) and like many other
women like me, we sometimes neglect our own
well being and care to carry the weight and
burdens of the world on our shoulders. Like
our sister Fanny Lou Hammer who was the spark
of the Civil Rights Movement said, “I’m
sick and tired of being sick and tired”!
Well Ladies ... this is your wake up call!!!!
VSG
uniquely educates by providing different angles
or takes on everyday information. For example
- As a Voluptuous Sister-Girl, we know that
in order to sustain our lives we have to lake
control of our diets and our lifestyles that
can cause us to get off our path, and so what
better way to learn about a healthier lifestyle
than on a bus full of sistahs headed to LA for
a shopping trip.
VSG
takes every opportunity to broaden the awareness
of its clients by facilitating speakers, entertainment
and written material on topics and in ways that
mainstream folks will not gain exposure to Including
spending the night in a four star hotel having
a “Sistah Night Cap discussion about how
to love and marry ourselves first, before saving
the world!
VSG
is also committed to providing one of kind adventures
for its clients. Once we become adults, we forget
how to play and laugh and have fun, Lord knows
there is enough to be serious about in this
world and every once in a while we have to let
our nappy hair loose and our fire walls down
and have a gut bustin, knee slappin, toe stompin
“funky good time! Well, here is your opportunity!
Lets
make a commitment to get together every so often,
set our burdens down and rejuvenate ourselves,
love ourselves, save us first! VSG
is a company dedicated to making sure that you
honor yourself always and love yourseif more
than you love your burdens, just for a day or
two! Trust me, those burdens will be waiting
for you when you get back, if you choose them
again!
We
are launching our first trip one month from
now, October 22-23, 2005. Please take time to
read the accompanying information, and most
